First I need to tell you that I have no shares in Apple. I have never been an Apple fan or user of any apple device and I am naturally reluctant to follow hypes. Having said all that I would like to make the following statement: IPhones are amazingly great for international students and every student should get one on entering Australia! Why? Well all the apps (small applications that make life easier or more pleasurable) will  help you integrate into the Australian society, will help you find your way around town, will help you speak English, will help you find a home, will help you find petrol, will help you find wireless access, will help you get news, will help you talk to people at home for free using Skype, will help you find your way using Google speech or maps, and will be great fun in certain times that you feel depressed or lonely. If you don’t believe me: get one or borrow one from a friend and find out for yourself. To get you underway here are ten top apps for Australia:
