I am  Sri lankan student.I study at Institute of Higher National Diploma in Engineering.I like to fly Australia after complete my diploma.Because i want to be a bacholor  of engineer for a electrical engineering.So i choose Australia to complete my degree.But i don't know ,what the best universities in there for a my field.So i request ,give me information about universities according my field.I request that consider my diploma level and give me a chance to enter university .I wait,untill obtain reply.
